1. The on-line counseling service (the " Service") is subject to the provisions of - among others - of the existing sectoral legislation applicable (and in particular the standards referred to in Legislative Decree April 9, 2003 , n . 70 "Implementation Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services , in particular electronic commerce , in the Internal Market " and the legislative decree of May 22, 1999 , n . 185" Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts " ) , as well as the rules of the Code of Legal Ethics .

5 . Treatment of the personal data concerned by the provision of the Service shall be in full conformity with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003, n . 196 of the consolidated text of the rules on protection of personal data or the Privacy Code .
