The real estate sector and the real estate assistance is directed primarily to private parties (see section ).

• Evaluate the portability of any mortgages and the takeover of the customer - contractor pursuant to D. Lgs 385/1993
• Provide legal assistance in the next phase of liberation of the property, when occupied , through access to enforcement procedures.

The protection of immovable property also extends to the field of the property leases, and the the main goal that arises is always to ensure the owner the greatest possible speed.
